The Periwinkle team creates its live theatre and drama
education curriculums based on student needs. They are in daily
dialogue with today's young people and the company constantly
refines its work to reflect a quickly changing youth culture.

2006 National SAVE Summit!
Five diverse young people who meet at
a treatment center have a common bond...substance abuse! Together
they learn to confront and subsequently deal with the reasons that led
to drug and other substance abuse. The audience sees self-esteem
develop and positive choices made as each begins to accept responsibility for
their actions, rather than blame others.
Watch the characters rise above their addictions, gain control
of their futures and take back their lives - substance free.
Credited with altering perceptions about drug use, this play has been seen
by over 1,200,000 people and received recognition from the Executive
Offices of the President for its impact on drug prevention.
The performance was thought-provoking and the cast
