STUDENTS AGAINST VIOLENCE EVERYWHERE ~
The Security Industry Association Award
2007 Festival of Lanterns - Tri-Association Awards Dinner Benefits SAVE
The Security Industry Association (SIA), together with the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA)
and the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) presented a $7,000 donation to Students Against Violence
Everywhere (SAVE) at the Tri-Association Awards Dinner, September 11, 2007 at the Lighthouse in New York City.
Held annually, the event honors the recipients of the Tri-Association Triton Award and SIA's George R. Lippert
Memorial Award. In addition, a portion of ticket sales is donated to a charitable organization whose mission is
closely aligned to the work of the security industry. This year, SIA, NBFAA and CSAA designated SAVE as the event's
charity.
