Ms. Wray served as the Assistant Director of SAVE from 2001-2010. Prior to that she served as the Assistant Director of the Center for the Prevention of School Violence from it's inception in 1993. As Assistant Director of the Center she was a primary point of contact for information, programs, and research about the problem of school violence and efforts directed at preventing it from occurring. Her work provided a bridge for cooperation between various agencies involved in school violence prevention.

Ms. Wray has also worked with the North Carolina Department of Correction and the North Carolina Injury Prevention Divsion. She has served as a Pre-trial release coordinator and has worked extensively in the juvenile justice arena.

Ms. Wray has spoken at many conferences across the country and has conducted numerous youth safety implementation workshops. She is viewed as a national expert on youth violence prevention and has been interviewed by numerous local, state, national, and international media. She holds a bachelor's degree in Justice and Public Policy from North Carolina Wesleyan in Rocky Mount, NC and is has completed masters level's classes in Public Administration at North Carolina State University. She is a certified court mediator, and is also a national trainer for law-related education and conflict management projects.

Prior to her position at SAVE, Ms. Duvall was the Community Development Specialist at the Center for the Prevention of School Violence where she worked with the SAVE program in North Carolina. At the Center she was also involved with statewide law-related education and citizenship development programs and student competitions. Ms. Duvall also has over 4 years of experience with Pitt County Schools in Greenville, NC, where she first became involved with violence prevention programs in the education system. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Prior to her position at SAVE, Ms. Pell was the Administrative Secretary at North Carolina State University in the Communication Department in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Ms. Pell also has over 16 years of experience with North Carolina State University. She holds a Associate in Applied Sciences in Data Processing from the Virginia Western College in Virginia.
